Foreman Development Program Held in Arizona

Words: Jeff Buczkiewicz

The recently redeveloped foreman development course was held in Phoenix, AZ October 4 and 5. The new class is a two-day program that engages participants in knowledge sharing. The three instructors and contractors who re-developed the program have put their 50 plus years of experience in the business into the program. They cover a large amount of the day-to-day experiences foreman will encounter and interact with the participants on how they would typically handle these situations. The class is geared towards all experience levels of foreman and everyone (including the instructors) walks away with an expanded knowledge of the role of the foreman on the jobsite and how to be most effective and efficient in that role.

The class was re-developed by masons for masons and is specifically tailored to the masonry industry. The class is next scheduled to make its debut at World of Concrete on January 16 and 17 2022. If you would be interested in bringing the program to your company or if you are a state group and would like to host an event, please feel free to reach out to Jeff in the MCAA office to get more details jeffb@masoncontractors.org.
