to Chicago for the 14th annual International MCAA Convention and Educational Trade Show on February 15-18th at the Sherman House. Convention Chairman Harold W. Peterson has announced that the agenda for the meeting is in its final stage and subjects which are of vital concern to each mason contractor and his association will be featured.

Dr. Carl S. Winters, one of America's foremost inspirational speakers and humorists, will highlight the Tuesday morning session, February 18th. Dr. Winters has the rare faculty of combining humor and philosophy. He makes you laugh, and he makes you think. He gives you something worth-while, and makes it sparkle.

He speaks from a rich background of human experiences as a former Crime Commissioner in Michigan; Skid-Row Chairman in Chicago; radio minister for twenty-four years, and until September 1, 1959, minister of one of America's greatest churches for twenty years. Dr. Winters is able to delight and enlighten, instruct and inspire his audiences.

Dr. Winters is on the lecture staff of General Motors Corporation, and has given keynote addresses for more than 800 State, National, and International conventions on four continents in the past few years. His itinerary has placed him before audiences in every major American city, as well as London, Paris, Rome, Cairo, Hong Kong, Calcutta, New Delhi, Bangkok, Rangoon, Leopoldville, Rio De Janiero, Manila, Tokyo and Honolulu.

Following Dr. Winters address the Pension Planning Panel is scheduled. This session will be moderated by Lee Polacheck with panel members being Kenneth Keene, Edwin Shields Hewitt, Joseph Holme and Paul Rosensteel.
