We are reprinting below a recently enacted law in the State of Massachusetts relative to all-weather construction. This shows how cooperative efforts between labor and management can secure legislation of value to the Masonry Industry.
The Mason Contractors Association of Massachusetts and MCAA Regional Vice President Charles Velardo, in cooperation with the Massachusetts State Labor Council (AFL-CIO), worked to secure this act for weather protection and heating devices.
Our heartiest congratulations to all who labored so diligently to secure this much-needed and important legislation.
