Gary P. Wilson has been promoted to marketing staff manager of Huron Cement Division, National Gypsum Company, Southfield, Mich. Pittsburgh Corning Corp. has announced the appointment of Guy P. Bauman as manager of production and material control at its Port Allegany (Pa.) Works... J. I. Case Co. has elected two new vice presidents. Ralph C. Wagner is vice president-corporate relations and assumes the functions of Robert W. Dugger, who moved to Houston to become vice president-industrial relations of Tenneco, Inc., Case's parent organization. Donald C. Blasius, who has been general manager of Case's agricultural equipment division since 1968, continues in the same capacity in addition to becom ing a vice president. Charles F. Kranz has been appointed marketing supervisor for building sealants by Dow Corning Corp., replacing Lawrence E. Kotter who is now manager of marketing evaluation. Both men are headquartered in Midland, Mich.. The new president of the Florida Gypsum Dealers Association is Sy Mann, vice president of Adobe Brick & Supply Co., Hollywood, Fla. He was elected to the post at the association's third annual convention in Miami and succeeds T. M. Henderson of Sentell Supply Co., Miami.
