Two new regional sales management appointments have been announced for the Darex concrete admixture product line of Construction Products Division, W. R. Grace & Co. James B. Lahey, previously southeastern regional sales manager out of Atlanta, becomes western regional sales manager with headquarters in San Francisco. Charles S. Breslauer succeeds Lahey in the Southeast, maintaining his office in Boca Raton, Fla. Herbert B. Carlsen has been named manager of technical services for the Gypsum Association, Chicago... Pittsburgh Corning Corp. has announced the appointment of Howard E. Johnson as works manager of its Sedalia (Mo.) plant. He succeeds the retiring G. E. Merry who will continue to serve the company as a consultant. Werner Ostberg has been appointed President of the cement division of Penn-Dixie Cement Corp. Gregory Gill has been named distribution sales manager for the Construction Tools Div. of Omark Industries....Edward A. Fuller has assumed sales and warehouse management responsibilities in Chicago for New England Carbide Tool Co., Inc... Guy P.
