Four Owens-Corning Fiberglas Corp. executives have been appointed to new positions at the corporate headquarters in Toledo, Ohio. Moved up were Frederick L. Purtill, to vice president & general manager of the architectural products division; Charles P. Gallagher, to general manager of the Fiberglas reinforced components division; Dean E. Lindsay, to market manager of residential insulation, HBP division, and Robert G. Breniff, to HBP special products manager... Manship Smith, Jr. has joined the Construction Products Division of W.R. Grace & Co. as sales representative for Darex concrete admixtures based in Dallas, Texas. The appointment of Meri-Dan, Inc., Hazleton, Pa., as a distributor of its Clipper brand construction products has been announced by the Construction Products Division of Norton Co., Worcester, Mass. M. Shy Meeker, an executive with the U.S. General Services Administration for two and a half years, has been named associate deputy administrator of the agency.
