Nolfi Masonry Corp. is the new name for Frommeyer & Co., Inc., Bala Cynwyd, Pa. The name of Frommeyer Associates also has been changed to Nolfi Associates. The location and phone number remain the same-31 Rock Hill Rd., Bala Cynwyd. Pa. 19004, (215) 839-6100. Paul E. Goulding, director of congressional and intergovernmental affairs of the GSA since August, 1977, has been named acting deputy administrator of that federal agency in Washington. D.C. Gerry H. Ferguson is the new building materials group district manager at Owens-Corning Fiberglas Corp.'s Atlanta branch.

Dr. Jerry L. Purswell has been appointed director of safety standards programs for OSHA in Washington. The Brick Institute of America has appointed Robert C. Hunt director of its government relations program. Jerry Hofheins, vice president/general manager of Western States Masonry, North Salt Lake City, is the new secretary of the Mason Contractors Association of Utah. Owens-Corning Fiberglas Corp., Toledo, Ohio, has appointed David L. Honza as Fiberglas reinforced plastics (FRP) distribution manager for its construction and consumer FRP marketing division.

General Portland, Inc., Dallas, Texas, has announced the appointments of Richard C. Entorf as vice president/operations of the corporation, and Larry D. Walker as Entorf's successor as vice president & general manager of the firm's Florida Division. William P. Kelly, Jr., a long-time civil servant, has been named director of planning, policy and evaluation for the U.S. General Services Administration in Washington. Paul K. Page of Page Ready Mix & Supply Co., Fort Myers, has been elected president of the Florida Concrete & Products Association for the 1978-79 term.

Masonry Advisory Council Updates Literature List
The Masonry Advisory Council, Park Ridge, III., announced it has revised and updated the lists of Chicago Masonry Institute Resource Center literature available for 1978.
The lists include technical literature, construction and promotional publications, and lists of architectural and engineering literature available for distribution. New Engineering Service
Frank Maga & Associates, a Los Angeles-based consulting engineering firm, is providing a new service which centralizes structures and structural mechanics, analysis and design, software information.
Called the Newsletter of Engineering Analysis Software (NEAS), the service provides its readers with necessary but difficult to find information such as: abstracts of computer programs recently completed, news of software developments, and a calendar of relevant worldwide conferences. The newsletter is edited by professional engineers.
