The Mount Olivet Administration Building in Denver was the recipient of an Award of Merit for architectural design in the 1980 Masonry Design Awards program sponsored by the Colorado Masonry Institute. Architect for the project was Seracuse-Lawler & Partners, Inc., with Gruber Construction the general contractor, and Obert Construction, Inc., the mason contractor, all of Denver.
