About Our Cover
The concept of strength and permanence was achieved in the basic design theme of Divine Redeemer Lutheran Church in the small community of Hartiand, Wis. As limestone dominates this area, the architects, Rugg & Knopp, Inc., New Berlin, Wis., selected lannon stone in keeping with the scale of the building and to hold cost to a minimum. Their design was chosen among the best in the 5th annual excellence in masonry awards presented by the Masonry Institute of Wisconsin, which provided the color separations for our cover.
