MCAA Summer Executive Board Meeting

Kiandra Lodge, Vail, Colorado, July 7-11, 1982

After 12 tedious hours of keeping the cooker at its proper temperature-despite the curiosity of the guests who wanted to peek inside the cooker-Bonna Jean and Norm Eatherton, their son David (left) and helper Corky Truitt (rear) survey the fruits of their labor.

The buffet was served al fresco and featured an assortment of delicious foods highlighted by the main course of roast pig.

After being roasted for more than 12 hours, the pig is ceremoniously carried to the buffet table under the guiding hand of Jack Bailey (rear). The attractive garnish surrounding the pig was prepared by the chefs at the lodge.

Enjoying the refreshments prior to the pig roast were Ginny Szabo, Eugene George, Florence Ebeling and Joe Szabo.
