This course is part of the continuing series developed by the MCAA Management Institute. The lecturer for this session is Jerry G. Pope, well-known construction consultant. The discussion during the course will revolve around his manual, "Masonry Estimating For A Profit," now in its second edition. The course is divided into six parts which take you from the beginning of estimating procedures on through the surveys, bidding strategy, manpower allocations and the final reports and cost summaries. This is an ideal refresher course for those who have been in the industry, and the manual provides an excellent reference not only for the course but for future use.
