Business Institute Offers Free Literature

Business owners are busy people, often far too preoccupied with problems and workload to have time for long-term planning. This, says the Independent Business Institute, leads to a "seat-of-the-pants" management style which is often very successful. But in one key area, it does not work at all, and that is in the development of constructive personal relationships between the business owner and his/her heirs.

The Institute has released a report that leads a business owner through 52 key points which help to analyze a relationship with heirs and points out situations that need attention. The report is free to any business owner/executive who sends a self-addressed envelope with 37e postage to the Independent Business Institute, P.O. Box 159, Akron OH 44309. Ask for Report 520. (Be certain to include a stamped envelope bearing 37e postage. The Institute says this is not sales literature and it cannot honor requests without postage.]

SPREADS BETTER... COSTS LESS

Easy-Spred, the mortar additive that replaces lime.

Easy-Spred is a mortar plasticizer that performs better and costs less to use than lime. One 7 lb. bag of Easy-Spred replaces one 50 lb. bag of lime. Produces smoother, creamier, more workable mortar. Spreads like butter for easy tooling of joints and better flow to cross joints. Head joints need not be rebuttered.

Easy to mix, requires little re-tempering and is non-toxic. Will not burn skin or eyes. Use of the convenient 7 lb. bag means less bulk to transport, store, handle and mix.

Easy-Spred is made from a formulation of minerals naturally compatible with basic ingredients in mortar. Effective for use with brick, block or stucco.
