The institute has selected the following four individuals for investiture as fellows: Larry Brooks, sales manager, Southwest Prestressed Concrete, Inc., Amarillo, Texas; Lynton B. Cooper, Jr., president, Lynton B. Cooper Associates, P.A., Architects, Jackson, Miss.; Mori Mitsui, architect, HTA/BCM Associates, Inc., Londonderry, N.H., and Thomas I. Young, director of specifications, Smith, Hinchman & Grylls Associates, Architects, Engineers, Planners, Detroit, Mich. Tarlton Corp., St. Louis-based general contractor, has named Roger D. Arzt director of its Construction Services Division.

Pete and Helen Baier report they are enjoying life and doing very nicely in their "lovely new corner apartment" in Hobart, Ind. Pete, who retired some years ago, is a former MCAA Indiana State Chairman as well as a committee chairman, and has held many offices in the Mason Contractors Association of Northwest Indiana.
