Architectural Photography
Editor:
I am a newly established professional photographer specializing in architecture and interior design. My business is geared to meeting the special requirements of publishing companies such as yours whose publications are of interest to the architectural, interior design and building industries as well as other related fields. As you know, few photographers are capable of faithfully capturing the feelings and forms of a building and its interiors. My education and professional experience have enabled me to meet the challenges of this specialized field.
I would like to take this opportunity to invite you to view my complete portfolio.

In Search of Roman Brick
Editor:
Recently the architect for our new home specified Roman Brick, and we have searched extensively trying to locate a manufacturer of this unit. Thus far we have been unable to locate anyone who could supply us with this type of brick. We wonder if you could possibly help us.
S. Baifden
Huntsville, Alabama
After some research, we have come up with two manufacturers who possibly could assist you. They are: Belden Brick Co., P.O. Box 910, Canton, Ohio, 44701, and Merry Companies, Inc., P.O. Box 1957, Augusta, Georgia 30913. Roman Brick was very popular for many years because of its long, slender appearance (4" wide x 2" high x 12" long). However, in more recent years, because of production difficulties and a change in architects' aesthetic desires, Roman Brick has almost disappeared from the marketplace, although many still consider it a beautiful product.-Ed.
Canada Comments
Editor:
We were delighted to read the July/ August Masonry magazine. It contains a good cross-section of informative articles. The Letters to the Editor are particularly interesting. We hope they keep coming in.

We hope so, too. Letters are always welcome. We are anxious to receive them and enjoy sharing their thoughts with others. Please note the box at the end of this column.-Ed.
