Fibermesh, Inc., Chattanooga, Tenn., manufacturer of polypropylene fiber additives for concrete, has named Ron Manley as regional sales rep for the states of Oklahoma, Kansas and Nebraska. Longtime Veterans Administration official Gerald E. Neumann has been appointed director of the agency's Office of Construction in Washington. Timothy F. Kirby, AIA Associate, has been named chairman of the American Institute of Architects' Masterspec Review Committee for 1986. Masterspec is a master specifications system which includes manufacturers and product names and industry reference standards.

Tamms Industries Co., Itasca, III., has promoted two of its executives: Jeffrey A. Pink to v.p./operations and Joseph P. Link to v.p./western region. E.P. Henry Corp., Woodbury, N.J., has appointed John Lentz as marketing manager for Easy Spred, a mortar plasticizer manufactured by American Colloid Co., Skokie. III. The product (see advertisement in this issue) is a complete replacement for lime in mortar and stucco mixes.

Dur-O-Wal, Inc. has relocated its corporate office to 2115 N. Frontage Rd., Suite A, Arlington Heights, IL 60004, (312) 577-6418. Robert J. McKean, Jr., recently retired senior partner in the New York law firm Simpson, Thatcher & Bartlett, has been chosen to fill the post of president of the National Building Museum, Washington. D.C. The Building Products Division of W. R. Bonsal Co., Charlotte, N.C., announced it has acquired the assets of Coastal Aggregates Co., Inc., Jacksonville, Fla.

Allen Yost, president of Yost Construction Co., Sterling, Colo., has been named president of the American Society for Concrete Construction to complete the term left vacant by the resignation of Mike Nesser Enco Materials, Inc., Nashville, Tenn., a firm specializing in masonry construction materials, has elected C. E. "Gene" Thames as executive vice president. Richard J. Knopke, president of Contractors Supply Co., Kansas City, Mo., has been elected 1986 president of Associated Equipment Distributors, Oak Brook, III.

Planning Research Corp., McLean, Va., has elected Lt. Gen. J. W. "Jack" Morris (USA-Ret.) as a vice president of the corporation and chairman, CEO and acting president of PRC Engineering. Inc. Peter S. Planchon has been promoted to marketing/advertising manager of FABCO Fastening Systems, Townsend Division of Textron, Inc., Stanfield, N.C. Stella L. Marusin, a consultant with Wiss, Janney, Elstner Associates, Inc., Northbrook, Ill., is the 1985 recipient of ASTM's Sanford E. Thompson Award.
