Form New Company
Glenn Bolles, President of Anchor Block/Oscar Roberts Concrete Products Companies, and Michael E. Woolford of the Anchor Block Company, announce the formation of a new company: Block Systems. The goal of Block Systems is to provide assistance to block producers in the development and manufacturing of new products and services as well as maximization of the efficiency and profitability of current product lines.
JCB Names Gannett
JCB Inc. recently announced the appointment of Glenn S. Gannett as Chief Financial Officer for both JCB Inc. and JCB Excavators Limited in Burlington, Ontario.
A graduate of Shippensburg State College, Mr. Gannett joins JCB from the Meridian Health Care Group, where he served as Director of Financial Services. Mr. Gannett also worked for Price Waterhouse in the Audit and Tax Departments for eight years.

Stiff Named President
P. Enoch Stiff, formerly executive vice president of TRAK International, has been appointed president and chief executive officer by TRAK's Board of Directors. Dean R. Axtell, former TRAK president who resigned from these positions August 30, 1989, will continue as a Director and Chairman of the Board.
"Because of TRAK's very strong growth and our future projections of continued expansion, it became necessary to divide the heavy responsibilities of Chairman of the Board and CEO," states Stiff. The Board of Directors believed the time was right for this division of duties which coincided with Axtell's request for a reduction in the workload. "We have diversified our market with some dra-

Right on Schedule
Work on the Washington, D.C. Cathedral is winding down after some 80 years of construction. Started in 1907 the Cathedral which is 528 ft. long and 289 ft. at its widest is the seat of two Episcopal bishops and is the sixth largest cathedral in the world. Except for the final stone cleaning and pointing which will occur when the scaffolding is removed, the cathedral is finished. Landscaping will continue into next year and the cathedral will be consecrated on September, 29, 1990.
