I can understand the time it takes at the onset of a suit, but we were intentionally misled on many occasions for no other purpose than to buy time. Will we ever see any of the money? Who knows. At our last inquiry we were told that it would be another six weeks and that the check would be sent out by regular mail. If it is lost in the mail how long will it take us to get a new check cut? Who knows.
