CHANGES & GROWTH

Harbour Group, a privately owned company based in St. Louis, has acquired Trak International. Trak, with estimated 1995 sales of $90-million, is a manufacturer of variable reach, rough terrain material handling equipment.

Stone Construction Equipment recently broke ground for an expansion of its Honeoye, New York manufacturing facility. The new addition, which will be operational by the end of the year, will increase plant capacity by almost thirty percent.

Charles S. Luck, IV has been named president and chief operating officer of Luck Stone Corporation, Richmond, Virginia, succeeding his father Charles S. Luck, III, who becomes chairman of the board and chief executive officer. The company has been family owned and operated since its founding in 1923. Charles S Luck IV is the fourth generation family member to head the firm, which has grown to include 14 quarries and 3 architectural stone divisions.

Marc L. Gross has been named a partner of Brenner Beer Gorman/Architects, New York City. With the firm since 1985, he has been the project architect on a number of national and international projects.

Chritakis + Kachele, one of the Upper Darby, Pennsylvania region's largest structural engineering firms, has reorganized into Christakis VanOcker Morrison.

Michael Bentley has been named director of powder actuated fastening by Rawiplug Company. Bentley joined the firm in 1993 after 14 years as western regional salesmanager for Hilti Corporation.

Bradley C. Wiggins has been named Boise, Idaho branch manager of Hertz Equipment Rental. Bradley, with Hertz since 1991, previously served as a sales representative in the Sacramento, California branch.

Lisa Hunt has been appointed marketing assistant at Paric Corporation, a design/build general contractor. In her new position, Hunt, formerly an administrative assistant, prepares client proposals and marketing materials used by the sales staff, and assists with media and public relations.

Chuck Markley has been appointed new equipment division manager by Diamond Products. Markdey spent the past eleven years as the company's vice president of operations.

Gregg Hackney has been named general manager of operations for Noram. In his new post Hackney, who joined Noram fifteen years ago, will oversee all factors involved in day-to-day operations.

James D. Baker, a specifications and risk management consultant in Tulsa, Oklahoma, has been elected president of the Construction Specifications Institute. Richard A. Eustis, associate vice chancellor, University of Maine, has been named president-elect. Gilman K.M. Hu, а Honolulu architect, and Robert F. Molseed, American Institute of Architects, have been elected vice presidents. George White, Jr., Brock White Company.
