Harris Raynor

Harris Raynor has been active in the masonry industry for many years. He is currently serving as President of the Mason Contractors Association of Western Pennsylvania and as a Trustee on the Bricklayers Local #9 Apprenticeship Program. Because of these changes, the apprenticeship program flourishes.
Harris continues to work to promote the industry by serving as a member of the Promotional Committee for the PA Program Board of International Masonry Institute. Harris also serves as a Trustee on Construction Advancement Program of Western PA.
Frank Campitelli
Baltimore Masonry, Inc.
Baltimore, Maryland
Recently elected as Region 'A' Vice President for MCAA, Frank Campitelli has quietly served the masonry industry for roughly two decades. In addition to taking on a national role with the MCAA, Campitelli currently serves as a Board member for the Masonry Institute of Maryland. In addition, he serves on the institute's Safety Committee.
Campitelli previously served as a contractor member on the Labor Management Committee with the Baltimore Building Construction Trades Council. He was also appointed by Maryland Governor Schaeffer to represent masonry on the Construction Industry Advisory Committee.
Campitelli has also worked hard to train apprentices with his service on the Apprenticeship Committee for over twelve years. In addition, he remains active in recruiting new workers by encouraging both union and open shop contractors to work together to address issues such as training and better wages to entice young people into the trade. Campitelli has also volunteered in non-construction efforts by working with the Kennedy Institute, and the Mount Washington Pediatric Hospital for Mentally & Physically Handicapped Children and the University of Maryland Medical Systems.

G. Alan Griffin

Recently elected to a third term as Region 'B' Vice President, Alan Griffin has served both local mason contractors associations as well as a national association.
Griffin, following in his father Ivey Griffin's footsteps, has been active for years volunteering his time and company resources to support the programs and services offered by MCAA.
Griffin, prior to becoming Region 'B' Vice President, served on the Membership Committee, Publication Committee and Legislative Committee and as State Chairman. Locally, Griffin was past President of the North Carolina Mason Contractors, and continues to serve as Secretary/Treasurer, a position he has held since 1976.
Griffin is active with masonry promotion by working with supplier representatives to make presentations to masonry customers selling the advantages of masonry. Griffin has also served as Chairman of the State Convention and Raffle Committees and served as a member on the Licensing Committee.
Griffin's volunteering goes beyond masonry. Griffin serves as a Trustee to the Valdese General Hospital and the Lake James State Park Advisory Committee. Griffin is a board member on the Rock School Arts Foundation, the Presbyterian Learning Center, and the Western Piedmont Homebuilder Association.
Brad Procter

Brad Procter is currently serving as President of the MCA Nashville which is a highly demanding volunteer position with regards to taking time away from running a masonry business. As President, you not only deal with the daily operation of the chapter, but you spend time with committee chairmen, association staff as well as issues and organizations outside of the association. In most cases, Presidents of associations are the liaison with other allied associations, requiring additional volunteer time away from the masonry business.
Procter not only has the burden of serving as President, but he is active on the Negotiating Committee as well. In addition, Procter is active in both masonry promotion and recruitment by serving on the Masonry Institute of Tennessee, where he had served as President, as well as a Trustee on Local #4 Joint Apprenticeship Training Committee. Procter has not rested there, he remains active in mason recruitment by visiting area vocational programs and judges VICA mason contests. In addition, he serves the MCAA with his involvement on the Marketing Committee and acting as State Chairman.
Paul Clements, II

Known for his endless enthusiasm for the masonry industry, Paul Clements, II has been promoting and volunteering his time for the masonry industry for years. A second generation mason contractor, Clements has worked tirelessly to expand and protect the masonry industry. He has been an active member of both the Marketing and Technical Committee of Kentucki-ana Masonry Institute where a key program that Clements has been involved with is the Architect Box-Lunch Program.
This program has contractors and suppliers making personal visits to architects where specialized presentations are given on a topic of interest to the architect. Lunch is brought to guarantee a full hour of the architects attention.
Clement's involvement goes beyond promotion. It goes directly to our nations capital where he has met with members of Congress while serving as the MCAA Legislative Committee Chairman. Clements started the MCAA Legislative Committee and the MCAAPAC which is the association fund to support candidates for federal office. He is ready to make his third trip to Washington to meet with members of Congress to discuss key issues facing the masonry industry such as OSHA Reform.
Clements is also Secretary of the MCA of Kentuckiana where he has held this position for three years. In addition, he has been active in recruiting young people into the industry by attending "Career Days" in area high schools. He also serves on the committee that founded Construction Training Institute which has been responsible for training thirty-two apprentices.
