John Spencer
Having just completed a term as President of the MCA St. Louis, John Spencer continues his role as a Regional Vice President of the national Mason Contractors Association of America. A culmination of years of local service to the St. Louis chapter in numerous capacities which include service on the Bricklayers Apprentice Trust Board, the Laborers Welfare Trust Board and years of service on the Board of Directors to the MCA of St. Louis, Spencer has distinguished himself as a stanch supporter and advocate of the masonry industry. Through his continued role on the Board of Directors of the MCAA, Spencer will continue to build the masonry industry into a thriving industry.
Mackie Bounds
Mackie Bounds is the first President elected to the Central Texas Mason Contractors Association which he helped form. He serves on the Board of the Associate Masonry Contractors of Texas, which is the state association representing mason contractors. He serves on the Marketing Committee of the Texas Masonry Council, which oversees masonry promotion in Texas. He currently is serving on the steering committee for the North American Masonry Conference. Bounds serves on the Advisory Board for the Gary Job Corp, a federally funded school program for underprivileged children, of which he is most proud of the masonry apprentice program that they started at the school. Bounds has served on the Mason Contractors Association of America's Membership Committee and has been its chairman for the past two years. He was recently elected to MCAA" Board of Directors as a Regional Vice President.
Shirley Schiesser
For decades Shirley Scheisser has been active in more than just her industry affiliation. Her public positions on her local city council and Chamber have supported the masonry industry. She has been active for years as a member of the state associations Special Presentation, Training and Planning Committees. Scheisser became the first woman Board of Directors member of the Mason Contractors Association of America with her election as a Regional Vice President where she continues to serve in that capacity.
Tom Daniel
Tom Daniel has been active in the construction industry for twenty-four years.
