International Excellence Call for Entries Deadline Extended

There is still time to enter a project for the International Excellence in Masonry Awards. The deadline to register a project has been extended to December 1, 2006. Binder submissions will be due December 29, 2006.

Projects which have been completed and landscaped between September 1, 2003 and September 1, 2006 are eligible. Classifications for these projects are Residential, Rehab or Restoration, Governmental/Institutional, Industrial/Commercial, Pavers/Retaining Walls/Landscaping, Education K-8, Education 9-12, Education College/University.

This year MCAA will be partnering with members of the National Concrete Masonry Association during the International Excellence in Masonry Awards Reception. The nation's best examples of quality masonry construction, craftsmanship and design innovation will be recognized for their achievement. The reception will take place during the Masonry Showcase in Orlando, Florida on Wednesday, February 21, 2007.
