Winners of the 2006 Region B Skills Challenge Contest.

The 2006 Brick SouthEast Manpower Forum was held on October 14, 2006, at the San Destin Hilton in San Destin, Florida.

Twenty-eight, first, second, and third year apprentices from the 9 state BSE region labored for, not only, southern bragging rights, but also for the opportunity to compete in the International Skills Challenge, sponsored by MCAA. The contest was a 3 1/2 hour event, not including the written test that was given the day before. Local suppliers donated the materials, and the judging was done by selected masonry instructors, masons, and architects from throughout the region.

Next years BSE Manpower Forum will be held at the San Destin Hilton on October 12-13, 2007.
