The new KNAACK® website.

Knaack Manufacturing Company recently redesigned its websites for its two brands, KNAACK® and WEATHER GUARD®. The new sites possess intuitive navigation, interactive tools, and easy-tofind products and information.

The WEATHER GUARD® website has a new feature called "GearUp Truck Fit Guide," which allows truck owners to find WEATHER GUARD® boxes that are appropriate for their specific truck model. The new WEATHER GUARD VEHICLE SOLUTIONS™ 2.0 version 3-D design software also is available online. Requiring no measuring, users easily create a custom van storage equipment design. Users save and submit the design online for a custom quote by a local distributor, or for a request of a 3-D van solution created by a local distributor.

Customers can search for their local KNAACK® and WEATHER GUARD® distributor by simply submitting their zip code under the Where to Buy section. They also can search for local upfitters to assist with installation. Not only can they find complete contact information, they also can link to an online map for easy directions.

As a benefit of the Buyers’ Club, users have the opportunity to share their positive experiences about their products with other customers. Members receive special offers and product update information. The Buyers’ Club also offers customers the opportunity to register their products and to buy other KNAACK® and WEATHER GUARD® merchandise.

"Our goal was to create new website features that greatly enhance our customers’ online experience. Now, the redesigned sites engage our customers and make finding the jobsite and vehicle storage equipment to suit their needs easier," said Julie Schmitt, E-business development manager, Knaack Manufacturing.

Visitors at www.knaack.com and www.weatherguard.com can learn about the newest products offered, as well as a list of tradeshows where each brand will exhibit. The new sites also allow customers to submit product ideas. In return, customers will receive free merchandise for their suggestions. To enhance user experience and service, an online request for quote on individual products from local suppliers has been added. For quicker service, the request is filtered through Knaack Manufacturing’s automated system and is routed to a distributor in the customer’s area.

For nearly 50 years, Knaack Manufacturing has been building secure storage products for the industrial and commercial industries. This includes KNAACK®, offering jobsite storage equipment, WEATHER GUARD® Truck, offering truck boxes and racks for full-size and compact pickups, and WEATHER GUARD® Van Solutions, offering shelving, cabinets and racks for vans and utility vehicles.
