The MCAA Midyear Meeting will be held September 14-16, 2011 in San Antonio.
Norma Jean & I want to invite & welcome you to our great State of Texas and the beautiful city of San Antonio. The La Contera Resort & Spa sets outside the city in the beautiful Hill Country. There is breath taking views of the city and the Hill Country all from the same spot.

If you live in Texas you like Mexican food, steak and barbeque. On Wednesday night we will take a short bus trip to downtown, to my favorite Mexican restaurant! We will enjoy great food and excellent Mexican music! Afterwards if you like the historic river walk it is close by for your enjoyment.

Thursday will be committee meetings. Our committees are active and bring value to us as members. They are working in our best interest and constantly enabling us to become a stronger industry. After lunch we will have a very important event!!! You might be thinking, oh well it is just Golf but it is much more. The proceeds will go to our MAC PAC fund! Personal and corporate money will be accepted! This event will enable us to be strong and active in Washington D.C. Along with that we will have the opportunity, to play golf with Toney Dorsett or a similar celebrity.

The Palmer Golf Course at La Contera has been the host course for the PGA Texas Open for several years.

Then there is Friday! Board Meeting, education and fun all wrapped up in one day! No matter if you are on a horse, in a wagon, on the back of a bull, or throwing cow chips I promise it will be an experience you won’t soon forget!!! Y’all come so this old cowboy and his better half can say Howdy! Don’t forget it will be Texas so boots, jeans & cowboy hats are acceptable but not required!
